All digital training materials, eBooks, and downloadable content provided by PPG Training UK are licensed for personal, single-user educational use only.
You may not copy, share, resell, upload, or redistribute any part of these materials, whether free or paid.
Digital access is granted for educational purposes as part of your course or purchase and may be withdrawn at any time if misuse or redistribution is detected.

2. Delivery & Access
All digital products are delivered instantly via secure download link after payment or enrolment.
Please ensure you save your copy safely, as links may expire or be replaced when materials are updated.
Access to the Digital Ground School and online portal is granted for lifetime reference while the platform remains active.
PPG Training UK reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or remove access to materials at its discretion (for example, in the event of platform changes, copyright revisions, or account misuse).

3. Refunds & Commitment Fees
Due to the nature of digital materials and online access, all sales are final.
Refunds cannot be issued once a file has been downloaded or accessed.
All commitment fees are non-refundable, as they secure your training placement and immediate access to digital materials.

4. Updates & Revisions
Training content, digital handbooks, and online materials may be updated or revised at any time to reflect improvements in safety, regulation, or course structure.
Students are encouraged to periodically check for updated versions within the portal.

They are not a substitute for qualified, in-person instruction or official manufacturer manuals.
Paramotoring is a form of aviation that involves inherent risk. By participating in training or using these materials, you agree to:

PPG Training UK, its instructors, affiliates, and publishers accept no liability for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use or misuse of training materials or equipment.
By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any PPG Training UK material, you acknowledge that you use the content entirely at your own risk.

7. Conduct & Fair Use Policy
Access to private online platforms (such as the Digital Ground School or WhatsApp training groups) requires respectful and appropriate conduct.
Disruptive or abusive behaviour may result in immediate removal without refund.
