TERMS & CONDITIONS & DISCLAIMER

1. Digital Products and Licence

All digital training materials, eBooks, manuals, videos, downloadable content, and online resources provided by PPG Training UK are supplied for personal, single-user educational use only.

You may not copy, share, resell, upload, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise make available any part of these materials, whether free or paid, without prior written permission from PPG Training UK.

Digital access is granted for educational purposes only and may be withdrawn at any time if misuse, unauthorised sharing, or redistribution is identified.

2. Delivery and Access

Digital products and learning materials are typically delivered electronically following payment, enrolment, or access approval.

Please ensure that you save or retain any downloadable material where appropriate, as access links may expire, change, or be replaced when content is updated.

Access to the Digital Ground School and associated online resources is provided on a lifetime reference basis for as long as the relevant platform remains active and available.

PPG Training UK reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, restrict, or remove access to any digital content, platform, or resource where necessary, including but not limited to platform changes, content revisions, copyright issues, misuse, abuse, or operational changes.

3. Refunds and Commitment Fees

Due to the nature of digital products, online access, and reserved training placements, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Refunds cannot be issued once digital content has been accessed, downloaded, delivered, or made available.

All commitment fees are non-refundable, as they secure a training place and provide access to digital learning materials, student resources, and associated support systems.

4. Updates and Revisions

Training content, digital handbooks, online materials, and portal resources may be updated, amended, or replaced at any time to reflect improvements in safety, regulation, course structure, teaching methods, or operational requirements.

Students are encouraged to review updated materials where available.

5. Safety Disclaimer

All training materials, videos, handbooks, diagrams, and online resources provided by PPG Training UK are intended for educational and reference purposes only.

They do not replace qualified in-person instruction, sound judgement, official manufacturer guidance, equipment manuals, or applicable legal requirements.

Paramotoring and paragliding are forms of aviation involving inherent risk. By participating in training, accessing materials, or relying on any content provided by PPG Training UK, you accept full responsibility for ensuring that you:

  • Operate only within your demonstrated level of training, competence, and experience

  • Comply with all applicable UK aviation law, airspace rules, local restrictions, and site requirements

  • Use appropriate, correctly maintained, and airworthy equipment

  • Exercise sound judgement in relation to weather, site conditions, and personal capability

  • Do not treat training materials as a substitute for proper supervision or professional instruction

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PPG Training UK, its instructors, affiliates, contributors, and publishers shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, cost, or claim arising from the use, misuse, interpretation, or reliance upon any training material, digital content, guidance, or equipment.

By purchasing, accessing, downloading, or using any material supplied by PPG Training UK, you acknowledge that all aviation activity involves risk and that you use such material at your own discretion and responsibility.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.

7. Conduct and Fair Use Policy

Access to private training platforms, including the Digital Ground School, online resources, student groups, and communication channels, is conditional upon appropriate conduct.

Disruptive, abusive, dishonest, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour may result in suspension or removal of access without refund.

PPG Training UK reserves the right to restrict or remove access where conduct is considered harmful to the learning environment, the platform, other students, instructors, or the integrity of the training system.

8. Third-Party Content

Some educational materials may include lawfully used third-party content, including purchased training media, reference diagrams, recorded sessions, or licensed educational resources.

All rights remain with their original copyright holders unless otherwise stated.

Such content is provided strictly for personal educational use within the training environment and must not be copied, recorded, redistributed, or republished.

9. Governing Law

These terms, conditions, and disclaimers are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
