Tony CFI

My journey into the world of paramotoring began in 2008 during a trip to Tenerife, where I had my first tandem paraglider experience. From that moment, I was hooked. For the next decade, I visited Tenerife twice a year, forming a close friendship with my tandem pilot trainer. During these trips, I had the opportunity to take control during 3 to 4 flights each time, as he generously shared his knowledge and skills with me.

In 2018, I formalized my training by enrolling in a British Hang Gliding and Paragliding Association (BHPA) Elementary Pilot (EP) and Club Pilot (CP) course. The following year, I traveled to America to train with the renowned Super Dell. Under his guidance, I felt like a novice again, but his mentorship has been invaluable in teaching me to fly and to teach others to fly and to conduct tandem flights.

My passion for paramotoring has taken me all over the world, from the United States to Bulgaria and the Himalayan mountains. I have successfully completed numerous courses along the way. Most recently, in 2023, I completed a two-week Simulation Incident in Flight (SIV) course with the esteemed Jocky Sandron in Turkey. This journey has been both challenging and rewarding, and I am excited to continue sharing my passion for flight with others.

Jordan Schanze 

Jordan Schanze’s flying journey began in 2006 when his father, Dell “SuperDell” Schanze, first introduced him to gliders and the art of ground handling. By age 7, Jordan completed his first solo paraglider flight; by 10, he flew his first paramotor, setting two unofficial records as the youngest pilot in the sport. Now with more than 17 years of continuous flying experience, he remains a dedicated pilot and instructor with an exceptional gift for teaching.

Jordan is renowned for his passion for kiting — often training for 8–12 hours a day — a discipline that has shaped his skills and teaching style. That same dedication led him to found ParamotorPro, a U.S.-based training company created to share the joy of flight and inspire new pilots worldwide.

His father, Dell, is the founder of Paramotor SUPER Training, one of the most recognised programs in the United States, built on the principles of mastery, safety, and ground-handling excellence. Dell’s methods have shaped countless skilled pilots, and Jordan proudly carries this family legacy forward.

Although based in the USA, Jordan plays an active role with PPG Training UK as our Online Support Instructor. Through our WhatsApp training group, he provides students with direct guidance, technique tips, and international insights rooted in the SUPER Training philosophy. This unique connection means our students not only benefit from UK-based instruction but also gain the wisdom of one of the most experienced paramotor families in the world.

Michael Parker

Michael Parker is one of the standout pilots to come through PPG Training UK

Progressing with exceptional consistency, discipline, and a strong safety mindset. From early in his training, Michael demonstrated the qualities that matter most in high-level coaching: calm decision-making under pressure, precise canopy control, and a methodical approach to improving technique.

Due to his rapid development and strong leadership on the field, Michael is now being trained through our structured Assistant Instructor pathway, working directly under Tony’s supervision. His role focuses on building professional instructional habits: clear communication, accurate demonstrations, and the ability to identify and correct common pilot errors—particularly in ground handling, launch preparation, and clean abort procedures.

As he continues to develop, Michael is being prepared for advanced responsibilities within the school, with a long-term progression route toward becoming a tandem pilot, following the same standards of mastery, safety, and technical excellence that define PPG Training UK.

Michael brings a steady, supportive presence to training days and is particularly effective at helping students simplify complex skills into repeatable steps—turning “messy” handling into controlled, confident canopy management.
