Travel and accommodation are charged at cost and agreed in advance.

I am there to support coaching and standards, not to take over responsibility for your operation.
The host school or organiser remains responsible for permissions, site access, participant management, and overall operations.
All decisions remain safety-led. If conditions are not right, we do not push it.
Any flying or assisted flights are always conditions-dependent and instructor-led.
Insurance, licences or ratings where applicable, and local compliance remain the responsibility of the host and participants.
